This is the most popular solution on the market for safe and aesthetic mounting of smaller spool hydraulic directional control valves. It is ideal for systems with a flow rate of up to 60-80 l/min, where space saving is crucial without compromising on durability.

Why should you use this block in your system?

  • Universal CETOP 3 (ISO 4401-03) standard: The manifold guarantees 100% compatibility with solenoid valves (e.g., 4WE6) and directional control valves from all leading manufacturers (including Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Vickers, Ponar Wadowice, Atos, or their equivalents).
  • Instant, clean service: Similar to its larger counterparts, the NG6 manifold permanently integrates hydraulic lines with the machine. If a directional control valve fails, you only replace the "block" by unscrewing four small bolts. You don't need to break the seal of pipe fittings or drain oil from the system!
  • Small dimensions, huge possibilities: The NG6 size allows for the construction of very compact and lightweight control systems, which is crucial in modern power units or mobile agricultural machinery, while maintaining high operating pressure (up to 315 bar).

Application:

The NG6 single-station manifold is the foundation for systems with lower flow requirements but demanding high operational precision. Most commonly chosen for:

  • Construction of mini hydraulic power units and pump stations (e.g., for workshop lifts, loading ramps).
  • Control of attachments in smaller agricultural and orchard machinery.
  • Control nodes in CNC machine tools, bending machines, and small presses.
  • Municipal machines (e.g., snowplows, spreaders).

Mounting tip: To mount an NG6 directional control valve on the manifold, you need four Allen screws (usually M5 x 30 or M5 x 50, depending on the solenoid valve's construction) and a set of appropriate O-rings. Tighten these screws carefully (recommended torque is approx. 8-9 Nm) to avoid damaging the threads in the block.

Technical note: Aluminum plates are designed for standard industrial and mobile applications with operating pressures up to approx. 250 bar. For systems requiring maximum pressures (in the range of 315-350 bar), it is recommended to use plates made of steel or cast iron.
