4WEH32 Manifolds – Extreme Performance (NG32)
In this category, we present solenoid valves with a nominal size of NG32 (designation according to ISO 4401-10, size 10 according to CETOP). These devices are designed for applications where smaller valves (NG16 or NG25) would constitute a bottleneck.
Design and Principle of Operation
Like the NG16 and NG25 models, the 4WEH32 valve is electro-hydraulically (pilot) controlled .
Due to the mass of the main spool and the enormous flow forces, direct override by the coil would be impossible. Therefore, a standard pilot solenoid (usually NG6) is located at the top of the body, which directs control pressure to the main spool faces, forcing it to move.
Technical Parameters
We offer valves that are 1:1 replacements for products from leading brands (Bosch Rexroth, Vickers, Parker, Atos).
- Maximum flow: Up to 1100 l/min (depending on slide pattern and pressure difference).
- Working pressure: Up to 350 bar (P, A, B) and up to 250 bar (T).
- Weight: These are solid iron castings – the weight of one complete valve often exceeds 40 kg .
- Installation: Requires specialized connection plates and high-strength bolts (M20).
Remote Control Configuration (X and Y)
Standard for this size is the ability to adjust the pilot power and drainage to the system requirements:
- Power supply (X): Internal (from the main stream P) or External (from a separate control system, e.g. for pressure stability).

Drainage (Y): Internal (to T-channel) or External (directly to tank – recommended for high pressure surges in the return channel).
- Tip: The configuration is usually changed by screwing/unscrewing the appropriate plugs inside the main body or in the pilot channel.
